4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to the terms of your subscription plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Images generated through the Service are owned by you, the user. However, TAGDesigns retains the right to use anonymized generations for service improvement and marketing purposes. You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
